      目的测定16 Hz、90分贝(dB)次声连续作用后,大鼠血浆儿茶酚胺类物质含量的变化。 方法将240只成年SD大鼠随机分为实验组与对照组(每组120只),实验组大鼠用16 Hz、90 dB次声连续作用1、7、14、21次,每日1次,每次2 h,对照组大鼠在同等条件下接受假性次声作用。分别于作用后0.5、6、12、18、24 h测定大鼠血浆肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量。 结果大鼠血浆NE:与对照组相比, 1次和7次组,都于0.5 h降至最低点(P<0.01),以后渐渐升高,至24 h达高峰,呈单峰曲线;14次组于0.5 h升高后渐渐回落,至12 h降至最低点(P<0.01),然后复呈升高,至24 h达峰值(P<0.01),呈双峰曲线;21次组,于12 h降至最低点(P<0.01),然后渐渐升高,至24 h达峰值(P<0.01),呈单峰曲线。大鼠血浆E:与对照组相比,次声作用各次组,在24 h内始终低于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论次声可引起大鼠血浆E、NE含量的改变,改变情况与次声作用次数有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the changes of level of plasma epinephrine (E) and norepinephine (NE) contents of the rats exposed to the 90dB infrasound. MethodsTwo hundred and twenty rats were randomly and equally divided into experiment and control groups. The rats in the experiment group were further divided into 4 subgroups equally and exposed to the infrasound (16Hz, 90dB) once a day, 2 hours a time for 1, 7, 14 and 21 days, respectively. The control group was treated the same except infrasound exposure. The plasma levels of the E and NE were then determined at 0.5, 6,12,18 and 24 hours after the last exposure. The results were compared between the experiment and the control groups. ResultsFor rats in the group which exposed to infrasound for 1 and 7 times, the plasma NE level declined at the beginning and gradually raised, and reached the peak at 24h after the last exposure; for those exposed for 14 times, the NE levels elevated very briefly (0.5h) and then gradually declined, and reached the lowest point 12h, then it elevated again and reached the peak at 24h. As for plasma levels of E, it was always lower in the experiment group than that of the control group. ConclusionBoth NE and E plasma levels changed under the influence of infrasound irradiation, and the changes were related to the times of exposure.
