| 目的探讨交感神经皮肤反应（SSR）与事件相关电位P300对抑郁症患者的诊断价值。 方法本研究对46例抑郁症患者（抑郁症组）及42例正常健康者（正常对照组）分别进行SSR及事件相关电位P300检测，并对其结果进行比较，同时对各指标间的相关性进行分析。 结果抑郁症组患者中SSR和事件相关电位P300检测的异常率分别为84.8%（39/46）和89.1%（41/46），两者间异常吻合率为78.3%（36/46）。抑郁症组患者通过SSR测定后发现，其SSR潜伏期和波幅值分别较正常对照组延长和降低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.01）；抑郁症组患者经事件相关电位测定后发现，其N2、P3波潜伏期和P3波幅分别较正常对照组延长和降低，差异亦具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。进一步分析后发现，事件相关电位成分中N2、P3波潜伏期与SSR潜伏期间以及P3波波幅与SSR波幅间均呈正相关（P<0.01），而N2、P3波潜伏期与SSR波幅间以及P3波波幅与SSR潜伏期间均呈负相关（P<0.01）。 结论交感神经皮肤反应和事件相关电位P300可作为抑郁症患者的辅助诊断指标应用于临床实践中。 |

| Objective To explore the diagnostic value of sympathetic skin response（SSR）and P300 event-related potentials （ERP） in depression patients. MethodsThe SSRs and ERPs of 46 depressed patients and 42 normal healthy people were measured. ResultsAbnormal rates of SSR were observed in 84.8% of the depressed group （39/46）and 78.3%（36/46） of the controls. Compared with those in the control group, the latency and amplitude of the SSRs were significantly longer and lower in the depressed group. Abnormal ERPs were observed in 89.1% of the depressed group（41/46）compared with 78.3% of the controls (36/46). The latency of N2 and P3 and the amplitude of P3 in the ERPs of the depressed patients were longer and lower in comparison with those in the control group. Hence there was a significant difference between two groups. There was a high positive correlation between N2 and P3 latency in the ERPs and the SSR readings in the depressed group, and between amplitude of P3 and SSR，while there was a significant negative correlation between latency and amplitude in the two indexes of P300 and SSR in the depressed group. ConclusionSSR and ERP have remarkable clinical value as diagnostic indexes for depression. |
