      目的观察大鼠脑内囊出血后皮层运动传导束功能改变以及脊髓灰质中细胞缝隙连接的改变及可能意义。 方法制备大鼠右侧内囊出血模型,应用电生理学方法检测运动诱发电位,同时采用免疫组织化学方法观察脊髓组织中缝隙连接蛋白Cx32的表达变化。 结果动物内囊出血后经右侧皮层刺激的MEP波幅较左侧显著降低(P<0.01),且经右侧皮层刺激的MEP潜伏时显著延长(P<0.01)。脑出血后1和2周,脊髓左侧灰质中Cx32表达明显增加,而脊髓前角几乎没有表达;相反右侧脊髓灰质中未能观察到其表达。 结论大鼠脑内囊出血后引起皮层运动传导通路的电生理改变,而该出血侧通路所支配的对侧脊髓灰质中细胞表达Cx32明显增加,这可能是皮质脊髓束损害后脊髓γ环功能亢进的原因。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the conductivity of corticospinal tract and change of intercellular gap junction in grey matter of spinal cord in rats following experimental cerebral internal capsular hemorrhage. MethodsFollowing the establishment of right capsular-oriented hemorrhage model of the rat, the motor evoked potentials (MEP) were measured by electrophysiological method. The expression levels of connexin32 of the spinal tissues were observed by immunohistochemistry analysis. ResultsAfter internal capsular hemorrhage in rats, the amplitude of the MEP evoked by stimulating the right sensorimotor cortex was lower than that of the left (P<0.01), the latencies of MEP were also significantly prolonged in comparison with those for the left(P<0.01). In the first and second week after the hemorrhage, the expression level of the connexin32 in the left gray matter of spinal cord was increased, but in the anterior horn there was less connexin32 expression. No expression of connexin32 in the right spinal cord could be detected. ConclusionCapsule-orientated hemorrhage may induce change of the conductivity of cortex-origined motor path way. Meanwhile, in the grey matters of the contralateral spinal cord, the expression of connexin32 is significantly increased. This may be one of the causes of γ-loop hyperreflex in spinal cord following corticospinal cord injury.
