      目的研究稳恒磁场对小鼠肝、肾、脑组织中脂质过氧化水平的影响。 方法采用磁感应强度为(24.6±4.2)mT(A组)、(42.0±2.1)mT(B组)、(63.5±3.0)mT(C组)和 (85.1±2.9)mT(D组)的稳恒磁场,分别作用于小鼠,每天平均4 h,15 d后处死小鼠,检测肝、肾、脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量。 结果经强度为(24.6±4.2)mT,(42.0±2.1)mT的磁场暴露的小鼠,其肝、肾组织MDA的含量较对照组明显减少(P<0.01),而脑组织中含量没有明显的变化;但强度为(63.5±3.0)mT,(85.1±2.9)mT的磁场中暴露的小鼠,其肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量没有明显的变化,肾组织中的含量明显减少(P<0.01),脑组织中含量也没有明显的变化。 结论提示一定强度的稳恒磁场对小鼠的肝、肾组织的脂质过氧化代谢产生影响,降低了过氧化物的生成,进而对肝、肾组织起保护作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the effect of static magnetic field (SMF) on levels of lipid peroxidation in liver kidney and brain tissues in mice. MethodsThirty mice were randomly assigned to groups A,B,C and D, and exposed to static magnetic fields with four different intensities of(24.6±4.2)mT, (42.0±2.1)mT, (63.5±3.0)mT, (85.1±2.9)mT, respectively, for an average of 4 hours daily for 15 days. Then the mice were sacrificed and the amount of MDA in liver, kidney and brain tissues in mice were measured. ResultsThe amount of MDA were significantly decreased in the liver and kidney in rat exposed to (24.6±4.2)mT, (42.0±2.1)mT MSF as compared with that in the control group(P<0.01); the amount of MDA was not significantly changed in liver, but signi-ficantly decreased in the kidney of rats exposed to (63.5±3.0)mT and (85.1±2.9)mT SMF compared with that in the control group(P<0.01).The amount of MDA in brain tissues had no significant changes in all the mice. ConclusionSMF decrease the production of lipid peroxide in the liver and kidney of mice and exert protective effects.
