目的观察不同强度运动对海洛因成瘾大鼠戒断症状及血浆β-内啡肽含量的影响。 方法在建立海洛因依赖性大鼠模型时,随机分为非运动组、一般运动组、高强度运动组。采用对戒断症状进行评分以及放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆β-内啡肽含量。 结果不同强度运动大鼠戒断症状均较非运动组大鼠低,不同程度地减轻了海洛因依赖大鼠的戒断症状,同时不同强度运动组大鼠血浆β-内啡肽的含量均显著高于非运动组。 结论不同强度运动通过增加大鼠内源性β-内啡肽的表达与分泌,可以显著减轻海洛因依赖大鼠的戒断症状。 |

Objective To observe the effect of different intensities of exercise training on protracted withdrawal symptoms and plasma β-endorphin peptide in heroin-addictive rats. MethodsAfter the heroin-dependent model was established in rats, the rats were divided randomly into 3 groups(non-training,general training and intensive training groups).Scoring for protracted withdrawal symptoms and radioimmunological assay of the plasma β-endorphin peptide were performed. ResultsThere was significant difference between the exercise training groups and the non-training group, as regard to the incidence and severity of the protracted withdrawal symptoms. Furthermore,β-EP levels of the exercise training groups were higher than those of the non-training group. ConclusionExercise training can significantly alleviate the protracted withdrawal symptoms of heroin-dependent rats and increase the plasma β-endorphin peptide level. |
