低频电磁场对细胞生物效应的研究

摘    要:目的研究低频电磁场对细胞的生物效应中场作用时间和细胞密度对该效应的影响,并探讨产生影响的机制。方法用MTT比色分析法检测了脉冲电场作用时间不同对人表皮细胞增殖的影响,并用MTT比色分析法检测脉冲电场作用条件相同而样品细胞密度数不同时对人表皮细胞增殖的影响。结果脉冲电场作用时间不同,对细胞产生的效应是不同的。较短时间(小于10分钟)的脉冲电场作用能促进人表皮细胞增殖,而较长时间(大于10分钟)的脉冲电场作用则抑制细胞的增殖。若脉冲电场作用条件相同(场强,频率,脉宽,作用时间等均相同),而样品细胞密度数不同时,其实验结果也是不同的。结论低频电磁场对细胞增殖存在直接和间接作用,而这种间接作用机理可能起着不能被忽视的影响。

Study on Biological Effects of Low fequency Electromagnetic Fields on Cell
Abstract:Objective To study the biological effects of low frequency electromagnetic fields on cell in different exposure time and different concentration of target cell and to elucidate the mechanism of the effects.Methods The effects of low frequency pulsed electric fields on cell proliferation of human epidermis were examined in different exposure time and different concentration of target cell by MTT colorimetry.Results Different effects were obtained in different exposure time.In short time(<10 minutes), the pulsed electric fields promoted cell proliferation and in longer time(>10 minutes), the pulsed electric fields inhibited cell proliferation.Distinct alteration of the effects was also obtained in different concentration of target cell.Conclusion Low frequency pulsed electric fields could affect the cell proliferation not only in direct manner,but also in indirect manner.The effects of indirect manner on cell proliferation may be important.
