经颅磁场刺激安全性的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨经颅磁场刺激对正常及实验性脑梗塞大鼠脑电图及形态学影响。方法对接受不同刺激量组经颅磁场刺激的正常及实验性脑梗塞大鼠进行行为、皮层脑电图及组织病理形态学观察,特别是有无出血。结果常规刺激量组(刺激30次)和超常规量组(刺激500次)在刺激过程中大鼠均未出现异常活动,无肢体强直、阵挛等。超常规量组一只鼠皮层脑电图出现一过性慢波以θ节律为主。常规刺激量组一只鼠波幅降低,脑电频谱分析所见更清楚。两种刺激量下的正常鼠脑组织形态学改变不明显,包括大体观察、普通光镜及电镜检查。实验性梗塞组刺激后未观察到出血。结论经颅磁刺激比较安全,大刺激量时偶尔出现皮层脑电图一过性功能损害,并无组织形态学改变。临床常规应用条件下,安全可靠。

Experiment on Safety Considerations in Normal and Infarct Rats Transcranially Stimulated with Magnetic Fields
Abstract:Objective Effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation on performances,cortical electroencephalography(EEG) and histological changes in normal and experimentally infarcted Wistar rats were observed.Methods Cortical EEGs and performances of rats treated with two doses of magnetic stimulation (30 times and 500 times continuously stimulated) were recorded immediately after stimulation,while histological samples of whole rats brain were taken for light and electrical microscopy at the time of 24 hours and 72 hours after stimulation.Results Neither group of rats received 30 times or 500 times had abnormal activities especially no clonus and rigidity. Cortical EEGs showed that slow wave activity,mainly rhythms appeared in one rat stimulated 500 times,while another rat stimulated 30 times had decreased wave amplitudes with normal rhythms.These changes were much more clearly in EEG wave frequency analysis.Histological examination of the two groups under light and electrical microscopy disclosed no specific changes like cerebral edema,neuron loss and hemorrhage.Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation is safe,it will not induce epileptic activity and brain hemorrhage under routine conditions of clinical examination.
