| 目的比较半导体激光鼻腔照射与氦-氖激光血管内照射（ILIB）对脑梗死、脑外伤疗效的影响。 方法96例脑损伤患者随机分为半导体激光治疗组（A组，n=50）和氦-氖激光治疗组（B组，n=46）。A组实际照射功率平均2.4 mW，30 min/次/鼻腔，波长650 nm 。B组选择正中静脉或贵要静脉进针，波长632.8 nm，输出功率为2.5 mW, 40 min/ 次。观察患者血脂、血液流变学及CT复查、Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评分、Barthel指数等指标治疗前、后变化情况。 结果①治疗后A、B两组CHOL、TG、 LDL、 ESR、HCT 等均显著降低（P<0.01）， HDL升高（P<0.01），但两组间差异无显著性（P>0.05）；②两组患者的Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评分、Barthel指数等均显著升高（P<0.01）, 但两组间差异无显著性（P>0.05）；③两组患者治疗后经CT复查，绝大多数患者脑部损伤病灶减小或消失，周围水肿减轻。 结论通过对比观察，半导体激光经鼻腔照射和氦-氖激光血管内照射（ILIB）对脑梗死、脑外伤均具有较满意治疗效果，两组间疗效差别无显著意义。但相比之下，半导体激光经鼻腔照射操作简单、安全，为无创性治疗，减少了患者的痛苦，降低了感染的机会，值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To compare the effects of semi-conductor laser nasal-cavity irradiation with He-Ne laser intravenous irradiation therapy on patients with brain lesion. MethodsNinety-six cases of cerebral infarction(CI), traumatic brain injury(TBI) were randomly divided into semi-conductor laser group (group A, n=50, λ=650nm, 2.4mW, 30mins/nasal cavity), He-Ne laser group (group B, n=46, λ=632.8nm, 2.5mW, 40mins/ intermedia cubiti vein or basilic vein). The changes of the blood lipids, hemorheology parameters, scores with Fugl-Meyer movement scale and Barthel index assessment were compared after the semi-conductor laser and He-Ne laser irradiation. ResultsAfter laser irradiation，The CHOL, TG, LDL, ESR and HCT were significantly reduced in both groups（P<0.01）. Fugl-Meyer movement scale and Barthel index scores were significantly increased （P<0.01）. There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The brain damage area was reduced in all the patients as revealed by CT examination. ConclusionThe influence of the two kinds of laser irradiation therapies is similar when applied in patients with brain injury. But semi-conductor laser nasal-cavity irradiation is a simple, safe, inexpensive therapy for the patients. |
