      目的研究体外治疗性超声(ETUS)对正常人体凝血及纤溶系统的影响。 方法采用酶联免疫吸附法及发色底物法测定正常人经ETUS作用前、后,其血浆GMP-140、TXB2、t-PA及PAI-1含量的变化,并将经ETUS作用前、后的相应数据进行比较。 结果ETUS作用前,受试者GMP-140含量为(3.72±0.51)ng/ml,TXB2为(87.64±2.62)pg/ml,t-PA为(0.49±0.22)IU/ml,PAI-1为(0.41±0.19)AU/ml;经ETUS作用后,其GMP-140为(3.63±0.45)ng/ml,TXB2为(85.84±5.18)pg/ml,t-PA为(0.46±0.02)IU/ml,PAI-1为(0.36±0.15)AU/ml;经统计学分析,受试者经ETUS作用前、后各指标间差异均无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。 结论本研究所用的治疗性剂量的ETUS对正常人体的凝血、纤溶系统没有明显影响。

      ObjectiveTo study the effect and safety of external therapeutic ultrasound (ETUS) on the normal human body blood coagulation and fibrinolytic system. MethodsTwenty-five healthy volunteers were subjected to ETUS on the precordial region, and the parameter of ETUS was 0.8MHz, 1.2W/cm2, the subjects were treated for 15 minutes daily for 7 days. Before and after the end of treatment by ETUS, the GMP-140,TXB2,t-PA and PAI-1 were detected by ELISA or Chromogenic Substances. ResultsBefore the treatment,the levels of GMP-140,TXB2,t-PA and PAI-1 were 3.72±0.51ng/ml, 86.64±2.62pg/ml, 0.49±0.22IU/ml and 0.41±0.19AU/ml,respectively. After treatment, the levels of GMP-140,TXB2,t-PA and PAI-1 were 3.63±0.45ng/ml, 85.84±5.18pg/ml, 0.46±0.02IU/ml and 0.36±0.15AU/ml,respectively. Before and after treatment by ETUS, the levels of the above parameters had no significant changes(all P>0.05). ConclusionThe human body blood coagulation or fibrinolytic system was not activated or inhibited by ETUS under the condition of this study.
