      目的观察超声-中频电治疗的镇痛作用及其对大鼠脑啡肽水平的影响,探讨其镇痛作用与脑啡肽神经化学物质变化间的相关性。 方法对大鼠经超声-中频电作用后的疼痛反应进行定性、定量分析,并通过直线回归方法分析大鼠痛阈值变化与腺垂体、丘脑下部脑啡肽(EK)变化的相关性,探讨其镇痛作用机制。 结果大鼠经超声-中频电单次作用后,其腺垂体及丘脑下部甲硫氨酸脑啡肽(MEK)和亮氨酸脑啡肽(LEK)含量均较治疗前显著升高(均P<0.05);MEK组和LEK组大鼠痛阈值变化率分别为265.79%和272.90%,两组间比较,差异无显著性意义;经直线回归分析后发现,超声-中频电对大鼠的镇痛作用与腺垂体MEK含量具有正相关性(r=0.91,P<0.01)。 结论腺垂体MEK水平升高可能是超声-中频电疗法发挥镇痛作用的重要机制之一。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the effects of ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy on pain and content of enkephalins. MethodsThe pain threshold of the rat was measured before and after the application of ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy. The content of met-enkephalin(MEK) and leu-enkephalin(LEK) in the glandula hypophysis and hypothalamus was also measured. A linear regression analysis based on the pain threshold and the content of enkaphalin was conducted to reveal the pain-relieving mechanism of the ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy. ResultsThe level of MEK and LEK in the glandula hypophysis and hypothalamus was significantly increased after a single use of ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy as compared with that before the treatment (P<0.05). The linear regression indicated a positive relationship between the MEK level in glandula hypophysis and the pain relieving effect. ConclusionThe pain-relieving of ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy might be highly correlated with the MEK level of glandula hypophysis.
