      目的比较不同牵引力对颈椎间盘的作用,从而获得有效的牵引条件。 方法通过建立颈椎三维有限元模型,使用MARC K72通用有限元分析软件计算, 获得不同力量、不同角度的牵引条件下各颈椎间隙髓核部分的应力分布、体积改变,并进行分析。 结果在牵引力的作用下,髓核上产生不均匀的应力分布,最高应力出现在后部。髓核的前缘均略减小,后缘均略增宽。髓核的体积均略增大,且随牵引力、牵引角度的增加而增大,上部髓核体积的增大较下部明显,且增大率的差异较增大量更突出。 结论以前倾30°,90 N牵引颈椎,可最大程度地增大髓核体积,利于间盘还纳。
英文摘要:
      Objective To identify the effective traction conditions by comparing the effects of traction forces on the intervertebral disc under various mechanical conditions. MethodsA three dimensional finite element model was used to carry out mechanical analysis of the traction under conditions with different forces and angles, then to carry out the comparative analysis of the stress distribution and the change of the volume of the intervertebral disc. ResultsIn general, the stress distribution on the intervertebral disc was not even under different traction forces, The maximum stresses appeared at the back rim of the intervertebral disc. With the increase of the traction force and angle, the enlargement of the intervertebral disc volume increased, and the enlargement rate was more significant. ConclusionThe volume of the intervertebral disc can be most effectively enlarged at the condition of 30°forward bending of the neck when a force of 90N was applied. This is the most effective traction condition.
