      目的探讨亚低温治疗实验性脑梗死时是否也会引起血压降低。方法120只SD大鼠随机分为对照组和亚低温组,每组60只。制作鼠左大脑中动脉供血区梗死动物模型,所有动物在大脑中动脉阻塞后2 h开始再灌注。亚低温组动物在大脑中动脉闭塞后3 h置于4℃环境中并使肛温控制在34±1.0℃;对照组置于室温(20℃)环境中。用监护仪监测心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度、肛温和血压。24 h后处死动物,取脑组织作梗死灶总体积测定。结果大脑中动脉阻塞后,亚低温组和对照组心率、呼吸和血氧饱和度分别为(208±19)次/min 对(208±21)次/min、(64.9±7.5)次/min 对(64.3±8.1)次/min、(86.0±7.2)%对(84.0±8.1)%,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),但两组的血压均较阻塞前明显升高[分别为(20.0±0.96)kPa对(17.3±0.76)kPa和(19.9±1.0)kPa对(17.3±0.63)kPa,P<0.01],不过两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。开始亚低温后,亚低温组的血压明显降低(P<0.01)。亚低温组的脑梗死体积明显小于对照组[(153.17±26.83)mm3对(251.45±36.70)mm3,P<0.01]。 结论亚低温在缩小脑梗死体积的同时,能引起血压明显降低。

      Objective To investigate the changes of blood pressure in rats with experimental brain infarction caused by use of mild hypothermia. MethodsOne hundred and twenty Sprague-Dawley rats were used and divided randomly and equally into a control group and an experiment group. In all of the rats, the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was made to cause the experimental brain infarction, and reperfused 2 hours later. Three hours after MCAO, the rats in the experiment group were placed in the 4℃ with the rectal temperature controlled at 34±1.0℃, while those in the control group in the room temperature. The heart rate, breath, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and rectal temperature were monitored. The rats were sacrificed 24 hours after MCAO and the infarction volume were observed. ResultsAfter MCAO, the blood pressure was significantly increased as compared with that prior to MCAO (P<0.01), but no significant difference was found between the control group and the experimental group (P>0.05). Hypothermia significantly reduced the blood pressure after being used for more than 3 hours (P<0.05), and the infarction volume was also obviously decreased in the experiment group (P<0.01). ConclusionMild hypothermia can decrease the infarction volume and reduce blood pressure in rat with experimental cerebral infarction.
