      目的探讨不同负荷游泳运动对老龄雄性小鼠骨代谢水平的影响。 方法以12月龄(老龄)雄性小鼠为研究对象,分为30 min组、60 min组、60 min+负重组、实验对照组及安静对照组,观察增龄及不同负荷游泳运动对老龄雄性小鼠腰椎骨、股骨胶原含量(HOP)、血清性激素(T, E2)、骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶及钙含量的影响。 结果当实验进行8周后,60 min组、60 min+负重组小鼠的血清睾酮(57.826±13.999 ng/dl, 58.985±12.301 ng/dl)、雌二醇(30.81±4.14 pg/ml, 32.62±5.85 pg/ml)水平及股骨羟脯氨酸含量(12.54±0.89 μg/mg, 13.47±0.84 μg/mg)均显著高于对照组(T: 43.337±13.946 ng/dl,E2: 22.32±4.21 pg/ml,HOP: 11.92±1.07 μg/mg,均P<0.05)。 结论适宜负荷的游泳运动可减缓伴随增龄而发生的性激素水平降低及骨胶原丢失;而且该作用在较大负荷的游泳运动中表现得尤为明显。

      Objective To investigate the effect of different loads of swimming on change of bone metabolism of the aged male mice. MethodsForty Kunming strain male mice aged twelve months were randomly divided into five groups: thirty-minute group, sixty-minute group, sixty-minute plus load group, experimental control group and sedentary control group. Eight male mice of two months old were recruited and served as the young sedentary controls. At the end of the 8 week, training period, all mice were sacrificed, the femur and thoracic vertebra were sampled for determining content of hydroxyproline, and serum testosterone, estradiol, osteocalcin, alkaline phosphatase and calcium were tested. ResultsAfter 8 weeks of swimming training, serum testosterone and estradiol levels and the content of hydroxyproline in the femur were significantly increased (P<0.05) in the sixty-minute and sixty-minute loaded groups as compared with those in the control group. The range of increase of serum testosterone and estradiol levels and the content of hydroxyproline in the sixty-minute plus load group was greater than those of sixty-minute group. ConclusionSwimming exercise with appropriate load for the aged male mice could suppress the age-associated loss of bone ossein and the drop of the levels of serum gonadal hormone. Further more, the preventive effect of swimming exercise becomes more obvious with the increase of the exercise intensity.
