| 目的研究真、假性球麻痹患者吞咽功能康复训练对其吞咽障碍的影响。 方法将60例饮水试验III级以上真、假性球麻痹患者，随机分为吞咽功能康复训练组（实验组，n=30）和药物对照组（对照组，n=30），采用自身对照和空白对照法，观察治疗前、后患者吞咽功能的变化。 结果与对照组比较，实验组患者吞咽功能有明显改善，差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）。 结论吞咽功能康复训练有助于吞咽功能的恢复。 |

| Objective To investigate the influence of swallowing exercise on dysphagia of patients with genuine and false bulbar palsy. MethodsSixty cases with genuine and false bulbar palsy were divided into two groups: rehabilitation exercise group（test group, n=30） and drug group(control group, n=30). Those in the control group were given routine medications and nursing, while those in the test group were given swallowing exercise in addition to the routine treatment. Change of swallowing ability is observed and compared. ResultsThe swallowing ability in the rehabilitation exercise group was better improved than that in the control group. There was significant difference between them (P<0.01). ConclusionDysphagia rehabilitation exercise is beneficial for the swallowing functional recovery of the patients with bulbar palsy. |
