      目的研究白介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及一氧化氮(NO)在脊髓型颈椎病患者颈椎间盘组织内的表达,并探讨其意义。 方法收集15例脊髓型颈椎病患者(患病组)行颈椎前路手术中切除的椎间盘组织,另取6例无颈椎病史的颈椎外伤患者(对照组)术中切取的颈椎间盘作为对照,应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(Elisa)测定椎间盘组织中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量,以光密度法测定NO的含量。 结果脊髓型颈椎病患者颈椎间盘组织内IL-1β,TNF-α及NO的含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论颈椎间盘组织可自发产生IL-1β,TNF-α及NO,而脊髓型颈椎病患者的颈椎间盘组织内上述物质的含量明显增高,它们可能在脊髓型颈椎病的发病机制中发挥重要作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the expression of IL-1β,TNF-α and nitric oxide (NO) in the cervical intervertebral disc and their roles in the pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). MethodsFifteen cervical discs were obtained from patients of CSM undergoing anterior disc surgery. Six cervical discs specimens were obtained in the surgical operation with patients with traumatic cervical injury served as the control. The specimens were analyzed for IL-1β、TNF-α by use of ELISA method, NO was measured by optical density assays. ResultsThe contents of IL-1β,TNF-α and NO in disc of CSM patients increased significantly when compared with the control group. ConclusionThe results of the present study indicated that IL-1β,TNF-α and NO may be involved in the pathogenesis of CSM.
