| 目的探讨针对陈旧性腕舟骨骨折的系统康复治疗方法及其疗效分析。 方法将66例患者随机分为康复组（36例）及对照组（30例）。康复组按照系统、科学的康复程序进行康复预防及训练，而对照组患者则在骨愈合后，指导其进行功能锻炼。2组患者定期复查X线片以观察其骨折愈合时间。采用Mayo Clinic腕关节评分系统进行腕关节功能评价。 结果康复组与对照组的骨愈合时间为9.1±2.0周 vs 12.2±2.4周，腕关节功能恢复优良率为97.1% vs 70.0%，2组上述指标间差异均有极显著性意义（均P<0.01）。 结论全程、系统的康复治疗能促进陈旧性腕舟骨骨折患者的骨愈合及腕关节功能的恢复。 |

| Objective To study the methods and effects of the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for old scaphoid fracture. MethodsSixty-six patients with scaphoid fracture were randomly divided into two groups, a rehabilitation group and a control group. Those in the rehabilitation group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation interventions, while those in the control group were only treated with functional exercise after bone union. The patients of both groups were evaluated by Mayo Clinic wrist function assessment set. In order to observe the fracture healing time, follow-up X-ray examinations were conducted. ResultsThe fracture healing time of the patients was significantly shorter, and functional recovery better in the rehabilitation group as compared with those of the control group (P<0.01). ConclusionComprehensive rehabilitation intervention could accelerate the wrist function recovery and bone union. |
