      目的研究不同刺激和记录方法对于交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)参数的影响。 方法选择10例年青女性进行SSR检查。采用不同强度的恒流方波电流,刺激电极为表面电极,刺激部位为左腕和右踝,于左右手、足记录。 结果SSR的波形起始为负相者占98.05%,负正负型32.47%,负型52.38%。潜伏期变异系数为0.087 1~0.109 9,波幅变异系数为0.668 7~0.924 6,隔日测试无明显差异。潜伏期和波幅值与手或足刺激以及左侧或右侧记录无关,但手与足的记录结果差异明显。足记录的潜伏期较手记录者长0.591 3~0.640 8 s,波幅仅为手记录的38.6%~44.8%。手记录的波形中负正负波型为50%,足记录波形中负型为63.5%。 结论SSR容易获得,受试者无明显不适感。不同刺激部位和左右侧记录的结果相同;其潜伏期和波幅的稳定性与其他神经电生理参数的稳定性一致;但在手足记录的参数有显著不同。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the influence of different examination methods on sympathetic skin response (SSR). MethodsTen young women took part in the test. Left wrist and right ankle were stimulated by different intensities of electrical current. Both hands and feet were used as the recording points. ResultsIt was found that 98.05% of the waves were with a initially negative phase, and 32.47% were with initially negative triphasic waveform (negative-positive-negative type), and 52.38% were with a single negative peak. The coefficient of differentiation of latency was 0.087 1~0.109 9 for latency and 0.668 7~0.924 6 for amplitude. There was not significant difference when testing every other day. The latency and amplitude were not associated with the side of hand or foot, but the recording location (hand or foot). The latency recorded at foot was 0.591 3~0.640 8 s longer than that recorded at hand, and the amplitude recorded at foot was only 38.6%~44.8% of that recorded at hand. The negative-positive-negative type was found in 50% of the SSR recorded at hand, and a single negative peak was found in 63.5% of those recorded at foot. ConclusionThe latency and amplitude of SSR are stable. The parameters are influenced by the recording locations, but not by the recording sides.
