| 目的 探讨基于岗位胜任力的案例教学法在康复治疗学专业学生实习带教中的应用效果。方法 募集安徽医科大学四年制 2020 级康复治疗学专业本科生 30 例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组 15 例和对照组 15 例。研究组采用基于岗位胜任力的案例教学法,对照组采用传统实习带教方法。实习 9 个月后对 2 组学生进行理论考核、实践考核、岗位胜任力评估和满意度问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果 研究组的理论考核成绩 [(76.73±8.23) 分] 和实践能力考核成绩 [(90.13±4.85) 分] 均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);岗位胜任力评分中,研究组的职业素养、专业能力、患者管理、沟通合作、教学能力和学习提升评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度调查问卷结果显示,研究组对学习效果的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于岗位胜任力的案例教学法有助于康复治疗学专业学生更好地掌握理论知识,提高实践操作能力,全面提升学生的岗位胜任力。 |

| Objective To test the effectiveness of applying case-based learning during a rehabilitation student's clinical internship. Methods Thirty undergraduate rehabilitation students were randomly divided into a study group (n=15) and a control group (n=15). The study group received case-based instruction designed to develop post competence, while the control group followed the traditional internship instruction. After 9 months of internship, both groups were evaluated through theory examinations, practical tests, competence assessments, and satisfaction surveys. Results The study group achieved significantly higher scores than the control group in both the theoretical (76.73±8.23) and the practical skills assessments (90.13±4.85). In the competence evaluations, the study group also scored significantly higher than the control group across all dimensions, including professionalism, professional competence, patient management, communication and collaboration, teaching ability, as well as learning and self-improvement. The satisfaction survey indicated that most students in the study group were significantly more satisfied with their learning outcomes. Conclusions Case-based learning about post competence helps rehabilitation students to better master theoretical knowledge, improve their practical skills, and comprehensively enhance their overall competence. |
