| 目的 观察 40Hz 经颅交流电刺激 (tACS) 对中老年人群运动学习能力的影响,并初步探讨其神经作用机制。方法 招募 14 例健康中老年受试者,等比例随机分为观察组及对照组,每组 7 例。观察组给予真 tACS 刺激,对照组给予伪 tACS 刺激,2 组受试者周一至周五每天干预 1 次,每次 20min,共干预 2 周。于干预前、干预第 7 天及第 14 天时要求 2 组受试者执行序列反应时任务 (SRTT),并同步采集其脑电 (EEG) 数据,观察受试者前额叶背外侧皮质区 (DLPFC) gamma 波段功率变化,另同步分析干预前、后反应时间 (RT) 与功率谱密度间的相关性。结果 SRTT 结果显示,与干预前比较,干预后观察组 RT 显著缩短(P<0.05),错误率变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)但存在明显下降趋势。EEG 结果显示,干预后观察组所有通道 PSD 较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组在干预第 7 天、第 14 天时其 PSD 值较干预前均显著提高(P<0.05)。进一步分析发现,观察组在任务态时其 DLPFC 区通道 PSD 较静息态时显著提高(P<0.05),且在 40Hz 附近处出现高功率现象。Pearson 相关性分析显示,观察组经 40Hz tACS 干预后其 RT 缩短值 (ΔRT) 与 PSD 差值间存在显著正相关性(R=0.9044,P=0.005)。结论 40Hz tACS 刺激可显著提高健康中老年人群的运动学习能力,且安全性较好,其作用机制可能与增强该群体 DLPFC 区 gamma 神经振荡有关,该疗法值得临床进一步研究、推广。 |

| Objective To test whether 40Hz transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) can improve the motor learning of middle-aged and elderly people and to reveal its neural mechanism. Methods Fourteen healthy middle-aged or elderly subjects were recruited and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (n=7 each) with equal gender distribution. The control group received sham tACS, while the observation group received real stimulation. Both groups underwent one 20-minute session each weekday for two weeks. Both groups were required to perform the Serial Reaction Time Task (SRTT) before the experiment and on the 7th and 14th days of the intervention, and their electroencephalogram (EEG) data were recorded. Any changes in gamma band power in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) were observed, and the changes were correlated with reaction time (RT) and power spectrum density (PSD). Results The SRTT results showed that the observation group's average RT was significantly shortened after the 14-day intervention. Their average error rate showed no significant difference but there was a clear downward trend. The electroencephalograms showed that after 7 days of the intervention, the PSD in the observation group had increased significantly compared to the control group. It was significantly higher than before the intervention on both the 7th and 14th day. The PSD in the DLPFC (F3/F4 channels) of the observation group was significantly higher during the task than at rest, and high power was observed around 40Hz. Reductions in RT (ΔRT) were significantly correlated with the difference in PSD (ΔPSD) both before and after the 40Hz tACS treatment (R=0.90, P≤0.01). Conclusions 40Hz tACS can significantly enhance the motor learning of healthy middle-aged and elderly individuals. Increased gamma neural oscillations in the DLPFC may be contributing. tACS demonstrates good safety and warrants further clinical research and promotion. |
