      目的 观察吸气肌耐力训练对原发性高血压患者血压水平、肺功能、呼吸肌力量以及运动能力的影响。 方法 采用随机数字表法将60例原发性高血压患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者给予8周吸气肌耐力训练(采用德国产POWERbreathe呼吸训练器),训练时吸气阻力强度设定为55%最大吸气压(MIP)水平,连续训练30次为1组,每天训练2组,每周训练4 d,持续训练8周;对照组患者同期也进行吸气肌训练,但吸气阻力强度设定为10%MIP水平,其他训练参数同观察组。于干预前、干预8周后检测2组患者血压、肺功能及呼吸肌力量,同时采用6 min步行试验(6MWT)检测2组患者运动能力改善情况。 结果 干预后观察组MIP[(123.6±13.9)cmH2O vs (83.5±9.8)cmH2O)]及6MWT距离[(597.1±52.7)m vs (541.3±49.6)m)]均较干预前明显增加(P<0.05),但血压水平、肺功能以及最大呼气压(MEP)均较干预前无明显变化(P>0.05)。对照组上述各参数均较干预前无明显变化(P>0.05)。 结论 8周吸气肌耐力训练能显著改善原发性高血压患者吸气肌力量及运动能力,但对患者血压水平及肺功能并无明显影响。

      Objective To explore the effect of respiratory muscle endurance training on the blood pressure, lung function, respiratory muscle strength and motor capacity of persons with hypertension. Methods Sixty persons with essential hypertension were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 30. The experimental group received 8 weeks of inspiratory resistance training with an intensity of 55% of their maximum inspiratory air pressure (MIP) while the control group had an intensity of 10% MIP with the other training conditions the same as those of the experimental group. Both groups practiced 30 times as a set, two sets a day, 4 days a week. Blood pressure, lung function and respiratory muscle strength were measured before and after the intervention, and motor capacity was measured using the 6-minute walk test (6MWT). Results After the intervention, the average MIP of the experimental group had increased significantly (to 123.6±13.9 from 83.5±9.8cmH2O). The average 6MWT time of the experimental group had also improved significantly, but there were no significant differences in any of the control group observations. Conclusion Eight weeks of respiratory muscle endurance training can improve the inspiratory muscle strength and motor capacity of patients with essential hypertension, but it has no effect on blood pressure or lung functioning.
