      目的 探讨下肢康复机器人训练对亚急性期脑卒中患者的安全性及改善心肺功能的疗效。 方法 将亚急性期脑卒中偏瘫患者32例按随机数字表法随机分为机器人组(16例)和对照组(16例)。2组患者均给予常规药物对症治疗和常规康复治疗,每日训练120min,每周治疗5d,连续治疗8周。机器人组在以上治疗方案的基础上增加下肢康复机器人训练,每日训练30min,每周训练5d,连续训练8周。于治疗前和治疗8周后(治疗后)分别测试2组患者的最大耗氧量(VO2 max)、心率、血压、每分通气量(VE)和自我感觉疲劳程度(RPE)以评价下肢康复机器人训练对患者心肺功能的疗效。 结果 治疗后,2组患者心率、血压、VE和RPE组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,机器人组的VO2 max为每分钟(21.1±5.2)ml/kg体重,显著高于对照组治疗后的每分钟(16.1±5.3)ml/kg体重,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 下肢康复机器人训练对于亚急性期脑卒中偏瘫患者是安全的,且对患者的心肺功能有积极的作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the safety of training using a lower-limb rehabilitation robot and its effectiveness in terms of stroke survivors′ cardiopulmonary function. Methods Thirty-two hemiplegic stroke survivors were randomly divided into a robot group and a control group, each of 16. Both groups received conventional rehabilitation medication and training, 120 min/d, 5 d/week for 8 weeks. The robot group was additionally trained with a Flexbot robotic gait training apparatus for 30 min/d, 5 d/week for the same 8 weeks. The subjects′ maximum oxygen consumption (VO2 max), heart rate, blood pressure, ventilation (VE) and rate of perceived exertion (RPE) were quantified before and after the training. Results After the 8 weeks there was no significant difference in average heart rate, blood pressure, VE or RPE between the two groups. The average VO2 max of the robot group was, however, significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Robotic gait training is safe and can improve the cardiopulmonary function of stroke survivors.
