| 目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者采用McKenzie技术治疗后出现症状的向心化现象与疗效的关系。 方法腰椎间盘突出症患者60例，采用Mckenzie技术治疗，治疗前、后采用目测类比评分法（VAS）、直腿抬高试验、脊柱伸展活动度等指标进行评定，并观察是否出现症状向心化现象。 结果出现症状向心化现象者40例，其VAS、治疗时间等指标数值与无症状向心化现象者20例比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。 结论在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中出现症状向心化现象提示疗效较好，向心化现象是评估腰椎间盘突出症疗效的敏感指标之一。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between prognosis and centralization of symptoms in patients with lumbar disc prolapse treated with the McKenzie technique. MethodsSixty patients were recruited for this study. All the subjects were treated with the McKenzie technique once daily, and were assessed at entry to and discharge from this study by use of such parameters as the time of centralization, VAS scores, straight-leg-raising test and the extension mobility of the spine. ResultsForty patients demonstrated centralization of symptoms, while the other 20 patients did not. There were significant differences between those with and those without centralization of symptoms with regard to the VAS scores and treatment time (P<0.01). ConclusionIn the treatment of patients with the lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse, the centralization of symptoms was a sensitive and reliable indication of a better prognosis. |
