      目的研究康复训练对新生大鼠缺血缺氧后大脑皮质一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元的影响。 方法生后7 d SD大鼠18只,结扎右侧颈总动脉行缺血处理;吸入8% O2和92% N2行缺氧处理。恢复吸氧后,康复组动物进行持续7 d的游泳训练,缺血缺氧组动物不进行游泳训练。生后14 d SD大鼠9只作为正常对照组。取脑进行NADPH-d染色,定量比较上述3组动物大脑皮质NOS阳性神经元的数目。 结果大鼠大脑皮质第III、IV、V和VI层均见有NOS阳性细胞分布,阳性细胞的胞体大,呈多极或梭型,可见清晰的胞核,突起长且多。大脑皮层NOS阳性神经元数分别为:正常对照组左侧(191.4±9.3)、右侧(190.2±6.3);缺血缺氧组左侧(153.6±6.4)、右侧(116.4±11.9);康复组左侧(161.8±10.1)、右侧(138.0±15.8)。统计结果显示康复组与缺血缺氧组间右侧大脑皮质NOS阳性神经元数量的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。 结论持续7 d的游泳训练能促进缺血缺氧新生大鼠大脑皮质NOS阳性神经元的康复。

      Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation training on the NOS-positive neurons in cerebral cortex following hypoxia-ischemia (HI) in neonatal rats. MethodsThe right carotid artery ligation was performed on eighteen Sprague-Dawley rats aged 7 days followed by inhalation of 8% oxygen (92% nitrogen) for 2 hours to established HI model. Half of HI rats were given swimming training every day (rehabilitation group) and half of the HI rats were fixed in the cages (HI group). After 7 days of the above interventions, all the treated rats and nine SD rats aged 14 days(normal control group) were killed and their brains were processed with NADPH-d staining. The numbers of NOS-positive neurons in the cerebral cortex were counted and quantitatively compared among HI, rehabilitation and normal control rats. ResultsIn normal control group, the number of NOS-positive neurons in cerebral cortex was (191.4±9.3) in the left side and (190.2±6.3) in the right;in HI group, the number of NOS-positive neurons in cerebral cortex was (153.6±6.4) in the left and (116.4±11.9) in the right;in rehabilitation group, the number of NOS-positive neurons in cerebral cortex was (161.8±10.1) in the left and (138.0±15.8) in the right. The difference between rehabilitation and HI group with regard to the number of NOS-positive neurons in the right cerebral cortex was significant(P<0.05). ConclusionRehabilitation training could promote the rehabilitation of cerebral NOS-positive neurons from hypoxia-ischemia injury in neonatal rats.
