      目的探讨低能量氦=氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)对急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。 方法85例急性脑梗死患者随机分为ILIB治疗组与常规治疗组,采用放免法分别测定2组患者治疗前及治疗后的血浆ET水平,将同时来院查体的健康老年人39例作为正常对照组,并用同种方法测定血浆ET水平。 结果ILIB治疗组48例,治愈11例,显效26例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率93.75%。常规治疗组37例,治愈4例,显效14例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率81.08%。2组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。急性脑梗死患者血浆ET水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),治疗10 d后,ILIB组血浆ET水平下降明显,由(69.01±10.31)ng/ml降至(52.32±8.43)ng/ml(P<0.01),并趋于正常(P>0.05),常规治疗组由(67.43±11.42)pg/ml降至(59.93±10.56)pg/ml,但仍明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。治疗20 d后,2组ET水平均下降,ILIB治疗组降至(50.09±7.24)pg/ml,常规治疗组降至(51.36±8.21)pg/ml,并均趋于正常(P>0.05)。 结论ILIB能降低急性脑梗死患者血浆ET的水平,对急性脑梗死有较好的治疗作用。

      Objective To explore the effect of intravenous irradiation of low energy He=Ne laser on plasma endothelin(ET) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). MethodsEighty=five patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups: In groups I, the patients were treated with low energy He=Ne laser intravenous irradiation combined with conventional treatment (group ILIB);In group II, the patients were only received the conventional treatment (conventional control group). The levels of plasmal ET were measured using radioimmunoassay before and 10, 20 days after the treatment, simultaneously 39 healthy subjects were examined for ET levels and served as the normal control group. ResultsBefore treatment, the plasmal ET level of ACI was significantly higher than that of normal control group (P<0.01). After 10 days of treatment, the ET level in group ILIB was decreased significantly, from 69.01±10.31ng/ml to 52.32±8.43ng/ml (P<0.01), but the ET level in the conventional control group was decreased only from 67.43±11.42ng/ml to 59.93±10.56ng/ml. After 20 days of treatment, the ET levels in group ILIB and in conventional control group were decreased nearly to normal level (P>0.05). ConclusionIt was suggested that intravenous irradiation therapy with low energy He=Ne laser could inhibit ET release and facilitate the recovery of ACI patients.
