| 目的设计和制作改良型手夹板治疗儿童严重伤残手，代偿伤残手的夹捏和握持功能。方法(1)夹板前期的准备：消除肿胀和创面、软化瘢痕，关节松动等；(2)手夹板的设计、制作和训练。根据伤残手的不同类型和残损程度，分别设计制作手指假体的"C"形手夹板和安装辅助具插孔的手夹板。结果23例严重儿童伤残手经过改良型手夹板康复治疗后，代偿了夹捏和握持功能。ADL评分由治疗前的0分提升到6.3分。结论对于没有手术条件或者虽经手术治疗，但手功能仍没有改善的严重伤残手，可采用改良的手夹板康复治疗，以代偿手的夹捏和握持功能。临床实践证明这是一种简便、实用、有效的方法。 |

| ObjectiveModified splints were applied in the treatment of children with hand dysfunction to compensate the lost function in ADL.MethodsIn the preparatory stage, measures including elimination of edema, management of wound and cicatrices, as well as joint mobilization, were carried out before the use of splints. In accordance with the type and degree of disabilities, two types of hand splints, the splint with finger prosthesis and "C" shaped splint with holders weredesigned.ResultsBoth of the holding and grasping functions were partially compensated in 23 children with severe hand dysfunction. They became able to carry out eating, combing, tooth brushing and writing, their ADL scores increased from 0 to 6.3 point ConclusionThe clinical rehabilitation outcome demonstrated that the modified hand splint is a useful, effective tool which can be widely used in rehabilitation clinics |
