      目的探讨血液紫外线照射充氧对血小板的影响。 方法对23份血液标本行紫外线照射充氧处理前、后分别采用显微镜目视计数法、血小板聚集仪及流式细胞仪进行血小板计数(PLT)、血小板聚集率(PAGT)及血小板膜糖蛋白(CD42a、CD61、CD62p)测定,并作配对比较。 结果血液紫外线照射充氧后,PLT、血小板最大聚率(PAGM)及CD42a平均荧光强度(MFI)明显低于紫外线照射充氧前(P值分别<0.001、<0.005、<0.001);血小板1 min聚集率(PAG1)、CD61和CD62p的平均荧光强度及CD62p的阳性表达量明显高于紫外线照射充氧前(P值分别<0.05、<0.005、<0.001、<0.001);而CD42a、CD61的阳性表达量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论本实验条件下紫外线照射充氧对血液中的血小板有激活和功能抑制作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) on platelet (PLT). MethodsBefore and after UBIO, the blood platelet of 23 blood samples was counted by use of microscopy, maximal platelet aggregation (PAGM) measured by platelet aggregation PAG setting, and platelet membrane glycoprotein (Pgp) including CD42a, CD61 and CD62p tested by flow cytometry. The paired t-test was employed to analyze the differences of the above parameters. ResultsIt was found that, after UBIO, the levels of PLT, PAGM and MFI of CD42a were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.001, P<0.005, P<0.001, respectively). And the level of PAG1, MFI of CD61 and CD62p and percentage of CD62p were significantly higher after UBIO than those before the UBIO treatment (P<0.05, P<0.005, P<0.001, P<0.001), but there was no significant difference in the percentages of CD42a and CD61 (P>0.05). ConclusionIt is suggested that, under the condition of this experiment, UBIO activated the platelet aggregation and restrained its function.
