| 目的探讨静态姿势图测定膝骨关节病患者平衡障碍的有效性。方法采用重心平衡测定仪对40名膝骨关节病患者和40名正常人进行平衡功能定量测定，描记出静态姿势图，所得参数为轨迹长度、轨迹面积、摆速、摆幅纵向/横向比值。结果对所得参数进行t检验，其中轨迹面积和摆幅纵/横向比值两组比较有显著性差异，膝骨关节病组明显高于正常组。结论静态姿势图的轨迹面积和摆幅纵向/横向比值可做为定量评定膝骨关节病平衡障碍的指标。 |

| ObjectiveThis study sought to determine whether posturography, as an assessment tool, is useful for identifying balance problems in patients with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. MethodsWe performed computerized static posturography in 40 Chinese able bodied subjects and 40 age matched patients with OA of the knee. All participants were asked to stand with both feet on a force platform with eyes opened and closed. Four parameters including length of sway, velocity of sway, covered area, and sagittal/lateral sway ratio, were evaluated and recorded when subjects opened and closed their eyes. ResultsThe parameters obtained were analyzed using t test. Significance level was set at P= 0.05. Our results showed that 2 parameters, the covered area and saggital/lateral sway ratio were significantly increased in patients with OA of the knee when compared with that of the able bodied subjects (P< 0.01). ConclusionCovered area and saggital/lateral sway ratio may be the suitable parameters for detecting balance problems in patients with OA of the knee. |
