| 目的探讨人工全髋关节置换翻修术后康复训练的特殊要求。 方法对2002年2月至2004年8月行各类人工全髋关节置换翻修术后的41例患者，给予有异于初次人工全髋关节置换术后患者的特殊康复治疗，并用Harris髋关节功能评分进行治疗前、后的功能评定。 结果按照制定的康复治疗和训练方法进行功能训练，术后髋关节功能恢复良好，Harris髋关节功能评分明显提高，其中疼痛、功能、关节活动度、畸形等的总分由术前的（39.71±6.68）分提高到（76.37±11.23）分（P<0.05）。 结论由于人工全髋关节置换翻修手术的复杂性，其术后的康复训练需根据翻修手术的不同，遵循个体化、渐进性、全面性的原则，重点是增加肌力，尤其是髋外展肌肌力的训练，另一方面是预防并发症，同时应根据翻修手术的特点适当延迟下地行走的时间。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation therapy after revision of the totally replaced hip. MethodsForty-one patients with various revision operations on the totally replaced hip were administered with rehabilitation exercises protocols different from those with the first time total hip replacement(THR), and evaluated with Harris hip function score before and after treatment. ResultsAccording to the rehabilitation therapy and exercise program that we planned meticulously, the hip function recovered well, and the total Harris hip function score of pain, function, ROM and deformity improved significantly from （39.71±6.68） to （76.37±11.23）（P<0.05）. ConclusionDue to the complicacy of revision of the totally replaced hip, the rehabilitation therapy must be accommodated to the operation, and follow the principles of individualization, progressiveness and generalization, with a focus on the muscle strengthening, especially of the abductor muscle. Of great importance also is the prevention of the complicating diseases and the suitable delay of walking after the revision operation. |
