      目的通过模拟第三腰椎横突周围无菌性炎症的方法,建立第三腰椎横突综合征动物实验模型,对两种不同动物重复用同一造模方法以考察其可靠性。 方法将90只SD大鼠及20只日本大耳白纯种兔分别随机分为4组:正常组、假手术组、材料实验组及模型组。分别于造模后4,10和30 d进行组织病理学观察;同时进行全血、前列腺环素、内皮素、5-羟色胺观察;在0,1,8和15 d对大鼠进行机械性压迫痛阈实验。 结果本模型可以在第三腰椎横突周围出现明显无菌性炎症、瘀血、水肿及后期有瘢痕形成。经组织细菌培养,无细菌感染。模型组炎性介质等指标显著高于材料实验组、假手术组及正常组(P<0.01)。 结论本模型可以对第三腰椎横突周围无菌性炎症作出真实反映。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish the experimental models of transverse process of the third lumbar vertebra syndrome in rats and rabbits with the aim of understanding its pathophysiological mechanisms. MethodsNinety Sprague-Dawley rats and 20 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, respectively: (1) the model group, in which a 0.5mm×0.5mm gelfoam was prepared and inserted into the deep subfascial part of the 3rd lumbar transverse process; (2) the sham operation group, in which the operative process was only for exposure of the 3rd transverse process; (3) the operative process was about the same as the model group, while the gelfoam was only placed under the gluteus maximus;(4) the normal group, in which no surgical intervention was administered. The animals were sacrificed on the 4th , 10th and 30th day post-operation, and pathological observations were carried out, respectively, and the blood platelets, ET-1, PGI2, 5-HT contents were measured simultaneously; and pain threshold was determined with mechanical compression method on the 0th, 1st, 8th anf 15th days post-operation. Results In the model group, characteristic aseptic inflammatory changes could be observed around the 3rd transverse process. All the parameters denoting inflammatory changes were significantly higher than that of other 3 groups (P<0.01). Conclusion This animal model can well reflect the aseptic inflammatory changes commonly found in patient with the transverse process of the 3rd lumbar vertebra syndrome.
