空气净化对老年2型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素-1的影响 |

目的探讨空气净化对老年2型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素-1等的改善。方法老年2型糖尿病疗养员43例随机分为空气净化组(n=24)和对照组(n=19)。空气净化组所处的疗养室进行每日24 h空气净化,对照组患者住普通病房。两组均每隔1个月抽血检测血浆内皮素1、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘酞过氧化物酶、丙二醛和心功能指标。结果实验组空气净化1个月后,内皮素-1、丙二醛由净化前的4.23±1.15pg/ml、4.58±0.44 mmol/L分别下降为3.41±1.28 pg/ml、4.13±0.34 mmol/L(P均<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘酞过氧化物酶由净化前的82.3±8.7 nU/ml、44.7±5.9 U/L分别上升为88.5±9.6 nU/ml、57.5±6.4 U/L,有效率分别为75%,75%,70.8%,66.7%。心功能指标也有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者行空气净化治疗,能显著改善其血浆内皮素-1的含量、心功能和抗氧化能力。 |

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of air purification on changes of plasma levels of ET-1, SOD, GSH-px, and MDA in patients with type 2 diabetesMethodsThe living rooms of 24 patients with type 2 diabetes were purified with air cleaner (MKJ-800) once a day for 30 days, then the aforementioned parameters were assessed and compared with that obtained at the begining of hospitalization. In patients of the control group (N=19), who lived in the ordinary wards, the changes of these parameters were also evaluatedResultsThe average plasma levels of ET-1 and MDA of patients in the experimental group were markedly decreased (from 4.23±1.15 pg/ml to 3.14±1.28 pg/ml, and 4.58±0.44 mmol/L to 4.13±0.34 mmol/L, respectively), while the plasma levels of SOD and GSH-px were significantly increased. Evidence of improved cardiac function were also noted in these patients.ConclusionRoom air purification can decrease the ET-1, SOD, GSH-px and MDA content of plasma and improve the cardiac function of patients with type 2 diabetes |
