| 目的观察510.6 nm激光照射后兔血管平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞凋亡率的变化规律，比较激光对两种细胞诱导凋亡的选择性作用，为临床应用激光防止再狭窄提供实验依据。 方法用照射剂量分别为100 mW/cm2×500 s，100 mW/cm2×1 000 s，150 mW/cm2×1 000 s，200 mW/cm2×500 s和200 mW/cm2×1 000 s的铜蒸气激光照射兔腹主动脉，用DNA末端标记法（TUNEL）检测血管平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞的凋亡率。 结果经激光照射后，各激光组血管平滑肌细胞凋亡率分别为21.2%，24.5%，30.8%，37.3%和34.5%，对照组为3.4%，各激光组与对照组比较，差异均有显著性意义（P<0.05）；各激光组内皮细胞凋亡率分别为1.0%，2.0%，2.0%，2.5%和3.1%，对照组为2.6%，各激光组与对照组间差异均无显著性意义（P>0.05）。 结论功率密度100 mW/cm2以上的激光照射，可诱导兔在体血管平滑肌细胞凋亡，且凋亡率高，同等剂量的激光照射对内皮细胞的凋亡率无明显影响。 |

| Objective To observe the effects of 510.6nm laser irradiation on the apoptosis rate of vascular endothelial cell and smooth muscle cell in rabbit. MethodsAfter the abdominal aorta of rabbits were irradiated by different dosages of copper vapor laser (100mW/cm2×500s,100mW/cm2×1 000s,150mW/cm2×500s, 200mW/cm2×500s, 200mW/cm2×1 000s, 100mW /cm2×500s), the apoptosis rate of vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells was detected by use of TUNEL staining. ResultsThe apoptosis rate of vascular smooth muscle cell in each laser group was 21.2%, 24.5%, 30.8%, 37.3%, and 34.5% respectively, while that was 3.4% in the control group and there was significant difference between control group and each laser group (P<0.05, respectively). The apoptosis rate of endothelial cell in each laser group was 1.0%, 2.0%, 2.0%, 2.5%, and 3.1% respectively, while that was 2.6% in the control group and there was no significant difference between control group and each laser group (P>0.05, respectively). ConclusionThe irradiation of copper vapor laser would induce a high rate of apoptosis of vascular smooth muscle cell,while had no significant effect on endothelial cell at the same situation. |
