目的观察超短波对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。 方法用线栓法制备右侧大脑中动脉栓塞-再灌注(MCA-OR)大鼠模型,将造模后动物分为3组:空白对照组(n=16)、对照组(n=24)和治疗组(n=24),治疗组在再灌注6 h时给予无热量超短波治疗10 min,所有大鼠于24 h后断头取脑,分别观察形态学变化,测量梗死灶体积、脑含水量、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。 结果再灌注6 h时给予超短波治疗能减轻大鼠缺血侧脑含水量,提高抗氧化酶SOD含量,降低自由基产物MDA的含量,病理损伤减轻,而对大鼠梗死灶体积的影响不明显。 结论超短波对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有神经保护作用。 |

Objective To study the neuroprotective effects and mechanisms of ultrashort wave on the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion lesions in rats. MethodsFocal cerebral ischemia in rats was produced by 2 hours of occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCAO) followed by 24 hours of reperfusion. The rats were then subject to ultrashort wave diathermy on their head at 6 hours after the end of reperfusion. The cerebral water content was determined by wet/dry weighing method; the infarct volume measured by 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining technique, the neurological deficits evaluated by Zea-Longa Scale. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malonicaldehyde (MDA) in ischemia tissue of brain and morphologic changes were tested. ResultsA significant decrease in water content and MDA content and reduced pathologic lesion of the rat brain as well as the increase in the activity of SOD were demonstrated in rats treated by ultrashort wave diathermy as compared with those by placebo diathermy. ConclusionUltrashort wave has a neuroprotective effect against focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries. This effect may be related to the decrease of cerebral water content and MDA, and an increase of the activity of SOD. |
