      目的研究大鼠缺血性脑损伤后神经细胞黏附分子的表达对神经可塑性的影响。方法Wistar大鼠26只,分为空白对照组(n=3)、假手术组(n=3)和损伤组(n=20)。对损伤组大鼠,使用线栓模型造成右侧大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)。再灌1 d(n=5)、2 d(n=5)、3 d(n=5)和7 d(n=5),用免疫组织化学的方法,测定脑片神经细胞黏附分子的表达。结果损伤组4个时间点颞叶皮质都有神经细胞黏附分子表达的增加,以术后2 d、3 d明显,7 d仍有较大量的表达。结论在短暂缺血性脑损伤后,神经细胞黏附分子表达的增加可能与神经可塑性有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the role of neural cell adhesion molecule in process of neural plasticity after the ischemic brain injury in rats. MethodsTwenty six male Wistar rats were randomly allocated into 3 groups: Ischemic brain injury group, in which the animals were subjected to an episode of right middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) for two hours(n=20), sham operation group (n=3) and no operation group (n=3). Immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression levels of the neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) at 1,2,3 and 7 days after ischemia.ResultsIncreased expression of NCAM in the temporal lobe could be noted in the injury group at all the four time points, but it was more prominent at the 2 and 3 days after ischemia, and was rather higher at 7th day.ConclusionThe increasing NCAM expression after transient ischemic brain injury may be considered as an molecular evidence of the neural plasticity following reperfusion in rats with ischemic brain injury
