| 目的改善截瘫患者的转移能力，促进早日回归社会。方法先后有4例T10～L1节段脊髓损伤患者，经过转移平衡训练后，配戴步行矫形器(Walkabout)，再进行步行训练。结果4例完全性损伤患者均达到功能性步行。结论步行矫形器能帮助T10以下完全性截瘫患者完成功能性步行，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To improve transfer ability of paraplegic patients and accelerate their early return to societyMethodsFour cases of traumatic T10-L1 spinal cord injuries were enrolled in the clincal trial. Exercises of transfering and balancing items were conducted and followed by walking exercise with the aid of reciprocating gait orthosis(Walkabout). ResultsThe results demonstrated that functional walking was achieved in all of this four cases.ConclusionWith the aid of Walkabout improvement of functional walking ability can be expected in patients with T10-L1 spinal cord injuryIt is worthy to be used in a wide range in rehabilitation clinics for patients with paraplegia |
