      目的观察大鼠制动后肢股骨内生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)以及生长抑素水平的改变。 方法分别测量制动大鼠后肢达1,2,4和8周后其股骨组织提取液中GH、IGF-I和生长抑素的浓度。 结果GH在制动第8周后水平升高;而IGF-I水平在制动2周后明显升高,但在第4周恢复到对照组水平,并于第8周明显减少;生长抑素的水平仅在制动第8周时降低。 结论大鼠后肢制动后GH、 IGF-I和生长抑素水平的改变可能与骨吸收有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective To elucidate changes of tissue levels of GH, IGF-I and somatostatin in the femurs of hindlimb-immobilized rats. MethodsWe performed hindlimb immobilization of the rats for 1,2,4 and 8 weeks, respectively and investigated changes of the levels of GH,IGF-I and somatostatin in bone extracts from the femur at various time points. ResultsGH level increased after 8 weeks of hindlimb-immobilization, whereas the IGF-I concentration increased after 2 weeks and returned to the control levels at 4 weeks, and decreased after 8 weeks of immobilization. The somatostatin levels in bone extracts increased only after 8 weeks of hindlimb-immobilization. ConclusionOur findings suggest that changes in the concentrations of GH,IGF-I and somatostatin in bone may mediate bone resorption caused by hindlimb-immobilization.
