目的探讨运动锻炼对血脂异常患者血清可溶性黏附分子、细胞因子水平的影响。 方法80例血脂异常患者随机分为运动组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组予普伐他汀调节血脂药治疗,运动组在口服普伐他汀药物的基础上进行运动锻炼,观察8周。 结果治疗后两组患者血清可溶性内皮细胞白细胞黏附分子(sELAM)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平均显著下降(P<0.01),运动组除上述指标外,可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平也显著下降(均P<0.01),且较对照组有显著性差异(分别P<0.05,P<0.01)。运动组治疗后sELAM、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1与血清总胆固醇(TC)呈正相关(均P<0.01),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关(均P<0.01)。 结论运动锻炼能有效地降低血脂异常患者血清内皮细胞黏附分子及促炎细胞因子水平,其机制可能主要是通过调节血脂、改善内皮功能失调而实现。 |

Objective To investigate the effects of exercise on serum soluble cell adhesion molecules and cytokines of patients with dyslipidemia. MethodsEighty patients with dyslipidemia were randomly and equally divided into an exercise group and a control group. The control group was treated with pravastatin,while exercise was administered in the exercise group in addition to the pravastatin. Both groups were observed for 8 weeks. ResultsSerum leves of soluble endothelial leucocyte adhesion molecule-1(sELAM),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule(sICAM-1)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)of patients in both groups were decreased significantly. Moreover,serum levels of soluble vascular cell molecule-1(sVCAM-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in addition to sELAM,sICAM-1 and IL-1β were decreased significantly in the exercise group,with a significantly better result in the exercise group as compared with that of the control group. Correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation of individual sELAM,sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 with blood total cholesterol(TC),and negative correlation of individual sELAM,sICAM-1 and sVCAM with high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in exercise group. ConclusionAdequate exercise has beneficial effects on patients with dyslipidemia by reducing serum levels of soluble adhesion molecules and the production of proinflammatory cytokines,which was realized possibly through modulating serum lipids and improving endothelial dysfunction. |
